Hey, what else you gonna do when it rains all weekend?
And, sure 'nough, this'n is also a member of the SoCal Contingent. (Am I gettin' some mileage out o' them guys, or what? And with this one, I am merely half-way through! )

Pictured on one of the super-spiffy neato keen 18mm nylon mil-style straps from Otto Frei. At a mere US $17.04 for a dozen, these are surely The Best Strap Deal in all WIS creation!

It uses a generic version of Indiglo, with the pusher at 2 operating..

..the backlight function. It's quite similar in design to the ChIndiglo,
in that it uses a standard SII PC21 module at the core, with a separate
lighting module built around it. But the lighting module here uses a
pair of what appear to be 377 cells vs. the single 399 of the
ChIndiglo. And I say "appears" because I didn't check for sure - unlike
the ChIndiglo, this one not only works, but still had juice in the
batteries! Kudos to whomever designed this watch for having the good
sense to use a common battery for both the watch and lighting modules.

Feels juuuuust right on the wrist.
All in all a most interesting li'l timepiece.

Yeah, a real stretch coming up with a watch as a promo item for Time magazine, huh? (n/t) (Views: 4)

So I assumed. The font's an exact match to the magazines logo, in any case. As such.. (Views: 5)

..it's the perfect companion to the Time Magazine alarm clock which has been with me for ~ 25 years. Sure, it's been relegated to the bedside in the spare room.. but the darned thing still works perfect!
