This is it; the all around baddest rocket I've ever built and flown! It uses an interchangeable motor mount system of my own design, and can use single 29mm, single 38mm, single 54mm, dual 29mm, triple 29mm, or quadruple 24mm engine combinations. The fins are 3/16" 7-ply plywood, mounted TTW. Other features include a compartment built into the nose cone for holding trim weight, and a recovery beeper. |
It was designed as a J-powered rocket that would maximize reliability over ultimate performance. In that it succeeded, as I flew it many, many times with never a single failure.
