Neighboring Cattle

My neighbor (two places down, just to the south of Dale) runs a modest herd of cattle and, after listening to them moo and bellow for several weeks every morning as I enjoy my coffee, I decided 'twas time to introduce myself. It's about a half-mile..

..ride, all the way to the south edge of Dale's place. Then through..

An interesting mix of breeds, all seemingly healthy and contented.

..and was careful to keep the distance between me and the treeline shorter than the distance 'tween me and her. She seemed like quite an even-tempered beastie though, despite the fearsome rack o' horns, and gave me no trouble at all.
