Cool! Never seen that one. It looks like..
..the case is hand-hammered out of copper!
There
is at least one Nixie Tube wristwatch commercially available, mind you,
from a company called Cathode Corner. We discussed it a while back, HERE. While well within the PMW limit, it is not cheap!

I am thinking about it since 2006. I would like to know how much battery is eaten for average use of the LED (n/t)

Using the LED is certainly eating a LOT of battery ...
... but I wonder if there is just one battery inside and how big that/those is/are ...

Sure, I was pretty curious about that, too.
As it turns out, there are two batteries:

The
CR2025 powers the LED module, which surrounds a totally separate and
independent analog movement. Once I removed the big lithium cell, the
analog movement proved to be a bog-standard Seiko-Epson AL35E, powered
the ubiquitous 377 cell. So take that "BATTERY LIFE 3 YEARS" with a
grain of salt. Or maybe it's an average.
The CR2025 could easily go 3 years, I reckon, especially if the LED
function is used sparingly. But if that li'l 377 will power the AL35E
for 3 years, I'm a Monkey's Uncle!
The downside of this research gathering is, of course, when I pulled the CR2025 for a look-see it reset the LED module. So now I have to figure out how to set the date & time. This is proving not to be intuitive and a quick search did not turn up instructions online. {sigh} That's what I get for being curious..
