Very nice! So, just curious, how many >> (Views: 16)

Or, perhaps this is a "I know it when I see it" sort of measurement.
Oh, I'm just busting on you. You know I'd trust your guesses more that most folks facts any day.

Precisely 209 degrees.. according to my calibrated eyeballs.

Oh, I'm just busting on you.
And busted I am!
In my defense, I do own an example with amplitude so low that it's amazing to me that it even runs at all. And, yes, I did do a side-by-side comparison. The contrast was quite shocking.

Thanks Dave.. but complete disclosure demands I warn you that you should trust my guesses only at your own peril.

It's a bit counter intutive, but >> (Views: 21)

Right you are! 'tis running on the order of +2 min/day... (Views: 9)

..perhaps even a tad more. Still not an
outrageous amount of error for a 40 year-old watch that was so
inexpensive to begin with.

An extremely good deal and a beautiful timepiece indeed. (n/t) (Views: 20)

I bet it took almost an hour to set the day/date.
My fingers just don't hold up when trying to cycle through more than a week on the date of the Timex you sent me.

It took a few minutes, that's for sure.

Honestly, on these old slow-set day-dates, I usually don't bother.. I just ignore the day and date.
Chris!

Good catch, Ricky! You're paying even less than I am! (n/t) (Views: 13)
