Army Sergeant Audie Murphy Club commemorative watch

Bob was presented this watch as an award for above-and-beyond service to the SAMC. I was initially reluctant to accept it.. He earned it, right? Not me! But he insisted, and this was no surprise to me. Bobby does the job right for the sake of doing the job right, and is not interested in being patted on the back. He told me so .. not in so many words but, basically, in his opinion, he inherited that trait from me, and so figures that I deserve the watch. A very special moment, it was...

..it's a simple, inexpensive (Oh, let's be honest.. by any conventional definition it's CHEAP! ) watch. However, due to it's sentimental value, it is more important to me than any other watch I own, I think.
