If nothing else it shows the current combo, a braided nylon from Otto Frei.

A version 1.20, this is from the original batch of RickyWatches from Christmas of '04, and my son-in-law wore it for ~ 3 years, pretty much daily. So it's got some wabi. Wink, wink ... Overall it's held up well, though, and even displays enough water resistance that I routinely wash it under the tap. So far no problems. I am smiling... {knocks on wood}

Since it has proven to be quite rugged, I treat it as my RickyFieldwatch, and if one of the clan is to be put in harms way, 9 times out of 10 it'll be this one. Quite apropos, I think, since the styling is pretty much Traditional Field Watch. Laughing!

Yeah, yeah, 'tis kind of cheatin' since it is the very same strap as the last round. I am smiling... But this li'l strap is soooooooo versatile!

Yep, the silver-bluish gray nylon from Uncle Otto Frei! Surely the most strap that can be had for US $2.29! Laughing!

And, yes, 'tis Yet Another RickyWatch.. Wink, wink ...

But unlike the opening volley, this is one of the oldest RickyWatches, dating to the original production run in Dec. of 2004. It's held up rawther well, if I do say so meself. I am smiling... Especially considering that 'twas my son-in-laws daily wearer for ~ 2 years, and that boy is not gentle on watches. Scary!
