SIS? I take that to be the manufacturer. But I never heered of em'...
I should also mention that, unlike the average watch in that eFlay job lot, this sports a proper screwdown caseback. And a very nicely executed and smoothly operating one, at that.

Ow damn, I was friggin' close to guessing it! I'd need a massive mood
swing before wearing a watch like that, but having said that it's very
fine in its own right. It's dressy (the watch face itself) and the
smooth bezel and crystal is a nice touch.
In a couple of weeks
I'd have photos of a blingy diastar to post up here as well. There's
been some unusual Rado designs and trawling around a Rado forum really
convinced me to take a closer look at those things. Not long ago I
remember walking along the streets and seeing billboard advertisements
claiming that Rado had built a scratch-proof watch. Loved to buy one
but couldn't afford it then, and can't afford it now either. The old
diastars are surprisingly affordable however. I thought all of them
trade in a few hundred dollar range but the older ones easily go for
less than $200 and apparently they used to be cheaper.
Nothing
is scratch-proof though, as I've found, not even that all-tungsten
Oniss chronograph I bought two months ago. Yet I am surprised at how
well it's held up with only the most superficial scratches on its
highly polished mirror surfaces. At a regular desk job the thing would
look like new for a lifetime!
